My partner and I were thinking of the original plan of our film and thought it wasn't original enough, it seemed more like a short film then a film opening. We wanted something a little less mainstream and unique so it wasn't a copycat or basic film opening. Although the movie Clue is a very popular movie, it is unique in the content and storyline used. We are planning on doing more of a casual take of that movie that takes place at a more recent time.

 My partner and I are working on brainstorming about some ideas to make the surrounding areas of where we are going to film match with the vibe that we are trying to give. This overall "vibe" we are trying to give includes a teenage hangout. Some props we are going to bring into the film include game boards and snacks. The clothing that we are planning to wear is casual clothes such as hoodies, sweatshirts, shorts, and sweatpants.

 For this film, we are going to have some people help us create this film. The people are going to help us are our friends that agreed to be a part of the film. Since we are doing more of a murder mystery between people, we will be needing more of a diverse group of 5-6 people. Some possible cast members could our fellow peers at cooper city high, family members, or even pets. For the editing sequence of the film Jakes mother is experienced on editing and merging separate videos. She is going to help the layout and oversee the production to assure it is done right.

 For our project, we have started constructing a plan as to where we're going to shoot, how we are going to shoot it, and when we are going to produce it.  Location: We are planning on shooting it at my house which has the right elements for it such as windows to see the time of day, garage for one of the scenes we are planning to shoot, a girly room that belong to the main character, and a lounging area for the group scene.  How we are shooting: We are going to try and shoot with a Nikon D5300 that we already have. If that becomes too complicated, we are going to use one of our phones in cinematic mode with certain editing on it to give an eerie mysterious vibe to the clips.  When we are going to produce it: We are going to be shooting it over the next month every other weekend which means our shooting days will be March 8-9, March 15-16, March 22, and March 25-26.
